      - Senior management is distant. - Some people receive urgent calls at any time, even in the middle of the night. - Management doesn't accommodate work-life balance.

      Pros

      The people are what makes this company for the most part. 90% of the people I worked with were considerate, kind and great to work with. The other 10% talked down to you and felt they were better than you.

      Cons

      Now that I am removed from it, I see how bad the work life balance truly was. Working remote seems like a dream until you’re pulling 12-14 hours a day at your computer and working late at night and on weekends with no consideration to work life balance from leadership or no appreciation. There were those on the leadership team who definitely tried but were quickly shut down.

      Fully remote work from home.

      Cons

      Work in night hours. Bunch of "smart" people providing "smart" ideas which don't solve the real problem. No career path. CEO doesn't deliver what he says. Performance review doesn't mean anything. It's dying. and many more... If you want to waste some time in your career, go join this company.
