Pros

My store manager and DM are good people.

Cons

The pay for a seasoned sales rep is garbage. They change the commission structure around every month to avoid paying you. You can make $10,000 for the company and only get ONE PERCENT of that profit for your troubles. That's if you hit so much as over $10,000. My last carrier paid 14% commission, industry standard is just over 10% commission on gross profit. Accessory pay is also a joke. Every other carrier I've worked for pays out 20% regardless of what you sell in accessories, this company pays a measly 7%. The owner is complete trash, he sends out horrible emails if you're not performing to what he wants. They essentially say "we aren't a non-profit; you failed your audit that I did on you because your sales performance was weak and that means you clearly don't want to be here." They also want you to make 2 calls per hour to get another 1% in commission. When you're short-staffed because the turnover rate is astronomically high, you can't make those calls and therefore you miss out on the tiny amount of money they're willing to part with. The owner pockets probably about half of the money, if not more, to pay for his second house in Costa Rica but can't pay his employees who got him that second house. If there are ever spiffs on anything, they make you a hundred hoops to get your tiny bonus, they want you to fill out a form each time you sell something and take screenshots, because they know you'll forget or the Windows '98 they run here will crash and you'll lose the information you saved, therefore they don't have to pay you. You better be prepared to apply for food stamps and section 8 with this pay, because you can't afford basic necessities.

Pros

Upper Management likes to feed you.

Cons

You are being lied to from the very beginning when you first have your interview. District Managers will tell you one thing and make promises that they can not keep.
