      Competitive benefits, some people genuine about the mission

      Cons

      Bunch of incompetent people who manage to stay in their jobs, HR is nice on outside otherwise useless, disorganized and incompetent. Low pay. High turnover over and always short staffed. New managers come in and fire people instead of trying to help lead and understand what we have been going through when we have no help.

      Leadership can be unclear. There doesn't seem to be a lot of room for growth.
