      Pros

      AbilityKC is a great place to work if you care about the overall mission. I can honestly say everyone there is there because they care about the mission. In addition they have great benefits and great leadership.

      Cons

      As with many non-profits, you can wear many hats in one role.

      Pros

      Being a crucial part of the recovery process while providing exceptional care. The employees genuinely care for one another and the management does as well.

      Cons

      The pay is underwhelming but to be expected with a not for profit organization.
