Pros
Wide variety of industries to get technical and process experience. About two thirds of the projects are in close contact with Automotive OEMs/Tier 1 companies. Projects are related usually with business critical decision processes. Also available projects abroad. AWS Company team from management to co-workers or team members are close and receptive to suggestions, in most cases.
Cons
Business model is excellent, but technical resources could be improved. HR policy could be improved to find new talent. One outdated employees reward policy.
