      Mid year bonus, holiday days okay, private health insurance.

      Cons

      Poor management. Constantly being watched/tracked for every minute of the day. An hour taken off you for lunch however can’t get the time to take this as have commuted to London. Run down vehicles. Poor tooling and equipment. No progression in 1 year of employment. Service managers have their own cult and are extremely two faced.

      The HR is professional and decent

      Cons

      The Technical team is incompetent, and non-professional, and I guess they were hired based on connections without having the proper qualifications and experience. They don't know the basic way of meeting and commuting with people. they have a negative attitude, coming late to meetings without apology. The European Operations Director is not reliable enough to represent and be the face of this company. Definitelythey will lose high calibres and experts due to his behaviour.
