AVG Automation Reviews

First off any good review of this company was forced to be written by upper management i worked there at the time they did so. Owner and his son both have no idea what they are doing. Both Fail to follow through on every promise to employees that they make. Terrible over priced insurances. They think it's a treat to work with them but they are bull headed, forgetful and generally unpleasant to be around. Owners insults employees openly creating a hostile work environment. Hires people on workers visa and then works them almost to the point of slavery for vastly underpaid wages. Upper management has zero communication skill. Other General production workers are all pleasant to be around if depressed from lack of direction and poor pay/benifits. Most employees speak foreign languages as their first language so communication is also extremely limited. Lack of employees means every one has to do at least 2 other positions for no extra money.

Everything. Absolutely everything. You'd hate it here.
