Owner wants every meeting video recorded so he can review and criticize how you deal with customers. I thought the previous reviews were joking but it is real on how they micro manage everyone. I had high expectations of being able to help change things for the better but that is not possible. The owner is looking for improvements, but refuses to take recommendations.
