There is NO JOB SECURITY, The head of Admins is favoring a particular nationality who will stay and who will not regardless if you are working hard. Trusting a Verbal agreement is a NO NO because at the end they will clean their hands and will never take responsible for the words they say!There is no support at all from the Management to its Employees who are working in the Projects! The Bosses are only a display who always takes credit of the hard work of their employees! Bonuses and other benefits are only given to the Directors up to the CEO who do nothing but to sit in their offices and release a media telling that its them who accomplished the Job!

1. Poor Management 2. No Salary raise or no Bonus 3. No future upcoming jobs in shrinking market 4. No position raise 5. Weak future and no job security in ASTAD 6. Staff working at Site offices are given no importance rather than staff at the Head office 7. ASTAD consult employees are not treated fairly. 8. Have to negotiate the salary package before joining ASTAD as pay raise is very tough during the course of the job
