The membership is really engaged and provides wonderful feedback and ideas. You also have the ability to work on key health care issues
Cons
At times the organization bites off more than it can chew. The CEO gets pulled in 20 different directions and loses focus, and this chaos is passed down the chain. Prior projects and objectives become eclipsed by "the shiny new object"
