Pros
Great product, collaborative environment, and people. Fun to be in the social media space and with a parent company to back us. Innovation encouraged but they maintain a good sense of work life balance. Employees get unlimited vacation to take advantage of it.
Cons
Like many start-ups life can change quickly. This is not exclusive to Ask.fm but seen in all newer companies where things are growing and changing. If you want to be in tech and the start-up world you just have to get used to it and learn to like it.
