Pros

Some work colleagues were friendly

Cons

Highly competitive. Employees are prone to gossip and slander. Poor air ventilation. Intrusive supervision from superiors. Monotonous work, very little variety. No real room for advancement. Public chastisement is common. Unprofessional.

Pros

Benefits after one month, 1-3 weeks paid training, commission (sometimes), full time hours, easy to make friends

Cons

A lot of drama between management and staff, management lack education and training, benefits are hardly giving, you get written up for everything, you often are sent home after 3 hours, even though it's full time, only negative coaching styles, company pushes sales and not customer service, a lot of yelling from management while you are in calls.

My co-workers is the only positive with this job. It's Ecomm for BB and FS

Cons

everything. policies are pathetic, in turns it makes the agents get low scores because their hands are tied. hours stink.
