Horrible, Disrespectful Ownership

-Pretentious ownership and upper management. They blame staff and lower management for bad reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. instead of trying to remedy the situation and taking ownership of the problems. Very cocky. -EXTREMELY high turnover in management (4 general managers in a year for example) which leads to high turnover in staff and understaffing. -Ownership has no idea how a restaurant should be run and has no business owning one restaurant, never mind the 20+ they have invested in. They hire a bunch of young kids to be managers so they can over work and under pay them. Makes it hard for customers and staff to take the place seriously when the managers are still learning the ropes. -Employees are not appreciated or rewarded for dedication to the company if there is any. -When they changed their menu, instead of accommodating guests’ needs or tastes, they would not allow for modifications and made comments such as: “We KNOW these ingredients go well together.” “They don’t know what tastes good.” “They can go somewhere else if they don’t like it.” Well, you’re right! They CAN go somewhere else who will make them what they want to pay for and eat and they HAVE BEEN. I don’t think they realize if people go somewhere else to eat, they can’t buy their fancy cars. -Inconsistent menu pricing— changes constantly and doesn’t make sense. -Owners do not understand customer service, or service at all for that matter. No owner or manager should be responding to reviews on service sites in such a disrespectful manner. This is why there are not many return guests. -They also have no respect for staff or tact. No restaurant owner should show up to their establishment at 6 or 7pm on a Saturday night when the restaurant is on a wait and expect to be sat instantly with their party of 10. If you knew how restaurant operated, you would know that you should make a reservation just like everyone else or we don’t know you’re coming!
