Pros

I expected to have at least one positive thing to say about this place. In the end, I could not point to a single good thing.

Cons

- Respect and fairness were completely absent, despite being the bare minimum any employees should expect. - Those in charge demanded long, exhausting, relentless hours with no tolerance for complaint or pushback. - Value was treated as proportional to how much overtime someone endured, not the quality of their work. -Anyone who tried to set boundaries was dismissed, belittled, and singled out over minor issues.

Pros

Leaving this company and never looking back was the best decision I have ever made.

Cons

- This was easily the most damaging and overwhelming experience I have ever had - Pay was insultingly low while expectations were unreasonably high and relentless - The CEO comes across as manipulative and harsh, creating an environment where employees feel used and discarded - Employees felt pushed out or terminated in ways that seemed calculated to avoid fair compensation - The constant pressure and control created a draining environment filled with fear and exhaustion - People were left consistently undervalued and emotionally worn down

Pros

Totally nothing that I can remember

Cons

They are the cheapest company! Leadership is out of touch, and many managers don't know how to run their teams. The ceo comes across as narcissistic, making decisions that don't match what employees actually need. Communication is poor, and important updates are either delayed or missing completely. The environment can feel abusive, with unrealistic deadlines and no real balance outside of work. Layoffs happen while new roles appear out of nowhere, which makes everything feel unstable. On top of that, pay and benefits are weak, and there's little recognition or room to grow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
