I got fired today because off hearsay, apparently I have not been doing my job correctly as well as not documenting progress note (when I first started once) and one day medication weren't signed off on correctly, mind you there are always suppose to be 2 staff on duty so it takes two people. I was told after theses incidents to make sure I complete those task right next time.. that's it. Today I get a call from a joke of a manager who tells everyone's business and talks about employees behind there backs. Cusses in front of employees and talks bad about the client's mom. Very unprofessional. Today she tells me she was told by someone else that a bunch of staff were talking about a one employee in-particular at a company dinner and she knows it was me. LOL I actually liked the employee and I went up to her and asked her why she didn't like me.. A WHOLE BUNCH ON ELEMENTARY CRAP. So she scratch that idea and said well you also said the client wasn't my problem tonight?? Which is not true, it might have been said but not by me. So basically she felt it was necessary to let me go. It was based off hearsay and to be honest I didn't like her and she probably could tell. She's use to employee's kissing her butt for $13/ per hour. This was a part time job and I literally make double the amount at my full time job. AME needed me, I didn't need them and that's what the problem is. I got fired instantly, no coaching.. NOTHING. I called the head nurse at this company-Everyone says all she does is drink and cuss. She had a drink in her hand the whole night at the company party. She tells me we don't need to give you a reason to fire you.. What a joke. Oh well.

The CEO and everyone around him do not care about the hardworking DSPs. CEO has been paying the same rate to DSPs for a very long time. Forget about raises. This is a FOR PROFIT company with an unstable CEO.
