Pros

Opportunity to lead and manage an 8-person technical team on deployment projects. Gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of hardware, including POS, payment terminals, ATMs, and self-checkouts. Work environment fostered high performance, consistently achieving over 90% first-call resolution rates. Involved in large-scale projects for national retailers.

Cons

Being on the road a lot can be draining for some, however, I really enjoyed it, A very high amount of mileage will be put on your personal vehicle, though company-owned vehicles are sometimes available for remote areas. The pay could be better considering the volume of high-quality work and technical expertise required.
