Terrible management and broken promises everywhere

Pros
Truly none that make it worth it. Huge promises of bonuses(none were given), company parties in nice hotels(this was nice while it lasted), a desk and a work laptop and finally remote working.
Cons
All the perks of a new start up but eventually pile of incoherent rubble when you stay long enough. I've just never gotten over how terrible it was. Delayed salaries, horrible managers, the CEO was a con artist, the whole C-suite quit at some point, delayed influencer payments, impossible work demands, insurance doesn't work. I have nothing fond to say
