      Some good people Open door policy with most executives.

      Cons

      Company is badly mismanaged Company is always in panic mode showcased my drastic and rapid organization changes every 3 months Company doesn’t look at the big picture and is RingCenrtral obsessed which clouds judgement on making real decisions. Product is a mess to much legacy infrastructure that doesn’t mix well as a holistic cutting edge product Vision is limited starting at the very top of the organization with a CEO that does not have a clue on how to execute a strategy nor any idea of how toDelegate effectively amongst his Lieutenants. A big focus on the short game with no real long term vision.

      Thank you for your feedback and for over a year of service at 8x8! All of our executives have an open door policy (none of them have offices except our CEO) and would love to have heard your feedback while you were here. We hoped that you shared this with your HRBP during your exit interview as we take constructive criticism very seriously. The culture is changing here at 8x8. Having just moved into our new HQ in Campbell, we are learning how to be more of an efficient company and with that comes some growing pains. Our CEO, Vik, has a great vision for the 8x8 and in his 6 years has done a great job at hiring the best and brightest with only valuing what's in their head and what's in their heart.       Looks great on Social Media, Total disarray from the inside

      Pros

      Like many companies in the Bay Area, they have competitive benefits like 401K matching, ESPP. People are knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond oftentimes.

      Cons

      Current leadership below CEO, does not know how to positively engage employees. Recent turnover is mostly due to the chaos caused by changes without proper planning or even assessment. Not many perks that cater to the new hybrid WFH model
