      Pros

      I’ve been working here for almost 5 years and have seen the business change and grow so much. I never thought this small business could become the industry powerhouse that it has. The owners are amazing and have taken care of us through some crazy times. Compensation is really good and there’s a lot of flexibility to take care of personal business during the workday. I hope to stay here for the next 20 years!

      The "leadership" team is bruuuutal. Thy have no idea what they are doing, are rude and disrespectful to employees, are all about buying up small companies in a money grab, don't listen to anyone, is you care about a career DO NOT WORK HERE!
