Pros

Strong production system (but does not allow for innovative thinking).

Cons

Arrogance at the higher levels. Head office thinks they are smarter than everyone else and only accept information that fits their narrative. Of course they have knowledge and experience, but i they come across new information that does not fit their assumptions, they will ignore and bury it - even to the point of creating fiction. I have seen them relentlessly pursue some stupid mistakes and go to great lengths to hide information when it does not work out for them (I could be much harsher so I'm being kind here).

Pros

Benefit costs are relatively low.

Cons

Where to start???? 1. First of all if you are working in the HR dept and read some of these reviews, you should be greatly concerned. 2. It all starts at the CEO.........Times change. You have not. Your business model ran out of gas 2-3 years ago. Your competitors move 10 times faster than you do. 3. One word. PROCESS. You refuse to follow any. You keep throwing your money into ventures where NO FINANCIAL analysis was ever done to begin with and certainly none ever gets done after the fact. 4. Sales and Marketing. PLEASE give up the ideal you know anything about either topic. Constantly giving away product because you cannot figure out how to do anything else is a sure fire way to ZERO sales growth. 5. HR. omg! Please of please give up the idea of promoting your minions from your customer service dept and sticking them into jobs they are not vaguely qualified to do, That is a sure fire way to DISASTER. 6. Executive Mgmt Team. A group of glad handing toadies that continue to make blunder after blunder. When it comes to manufacturing, I cannot believe my eyes. I would expect first year or second year production management students from a reputable university to be better informed. I found myself looking at a shop floor that looked like a 1980s era GM factory. Inventory scattered everywhere. No controls. Reprints out of control? Look no further.

We expect current and former employees to have a rewarding and positive experience during their time with us. We recognize that every company and work environment is different and what constitutes success in one company may not constitute success in another. We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than desired. Like all industry-leading companies, we continue to grow. There are bumps along the way, but we do our best to prevent disruption to our employee base. The good news is that we are in the process of revamping our technology infrastructure. We are excited about the future of our company with new leadership that will drive our innovation and continued growth. Thank you for your review. Best of luck in your future endeavors!
