      Pros

      The company provides great tools to go and get clients, and encourages you to take action. They want you to succeed but they wont do it for you. There is literally no ceiling and the more you hustle, the more you will be rewarded. If you view this as a stepping stone, you will be sorely disappointed

      Cons

      There could be a better focus on seeking great. So many things 49 does is really good, but I believe we could achieve greatness in a lot of areas we currently aren't chasing like we should. If our clients win more, we will too

      Pros

      After reading a lot the reviews, I'm not surprised to see so many similar reviews from both ends - pros & cons. The pros -> great people, great culture, and great development model. They put you in a position to succeed, however, it's on you to manage your mindset.

      Cons

      Read a ton of similar cons.... This job is not built for someone who needs structure, someone who's lazy, and people who aren't about bettering themselves. This job will push you out of your comfort zone, but why is that bad? This job pushes you to grow up quicker than you realize which isn't a negative thing at all
