Lowest morale of any company I’ve ever seen.
Pros
Didn't find any pros while working with them.
Cons
This place had too many managers and not enough people actually helping. There's always someone checking on employees, but very little real support. The company was all about control, and they don't trust is to do our jobs. Thus, simple tasks became frustrating. Hard work also went unnoticed while other people seemed to have it much easier. More employees stopped caring because nothing seemed fair. Upper management stayed out of touch and they are clueless on what was happening on the ground. It's hard to stay motivated because the way they treat their employees are just ridiculous. People would put in a lot of effort, but it rarely seemed to matter. Instead of rewarding great work, management seemed more interested in keeping everything under tight control. It's frustrating and pushed good employees away. You can't trust the management. They are unreliable and inconsistent with their words. One week you would hear one thing, and the next week something completely different would happen. As a result, employees spent more time trying to figure out what was going on than focusing on their jobs. Over time, that constant confusion wore people down and made the workplace even harder to enjoy. It’s a horrible horrible work environment.
