Pros

Great people, solid work environment. It is great to get to work in the morning and get to it. Lots of potential here.

Cons

Lots of growth means lots of ambiguity, which is great if you are a "get things done" person, not so great if you are looking to be guided by an established "process".

The people are, for the most part, nice. They're trying hard to make the company work.

Cons

Morale is low. There was a lack of direction when I worked there that made it difficult to get anything done while I was there.You know something bad is happening when every Leadership Team member is in a meeting with the rest of the LT. I don't know if they'll make it, but I hope they do.
