      Pros

      Great Colleagues, Always on top of latest Technology, Talented staff and management, fun place to work always happy being in the office, Super flexible with work/life balance, Release lunches and great coffee. Any equipment required for your role was provided quickly and with no hesitation that was something i felt was super important. I really enjoyed working at 3D Repo my development skills grew and i was supported by a team of super intelligent management, whom i learnt lots from.

      Cons

      No downsides in this role, i had nothing but a positive experience working here.

      Pros

      Employees (incl. CEO) interesting and intelligent, lovely to talk to at work or on lunch breaks. The team's chemistry and inclusive nature made work a genuine pleasure. Organisation and delegation extremely natural, all very well-managed and coordinated: a slick development team full of ambition and competence. Also, geographically very nicely positioned, many nearby options for lunch, travel, etc. Nice office, great view, quality coffee.

      Pros

      Really lovely young team, a quiet office and very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone works well together. Fair wages and flexible working - working from home is just accepted and never questioned (as long as the work is done, which is fair). Good location with transport links.

      Cons

      From the start I was treated like I was there for the long term (asked after the first interview to make sure I really wanted it which I did, asked to change my Linkedin to feature the company, given share options, given business cards on the first day) then it all came to a very abrupt end. I was let go before the end of my probation period without a reason, two days after being handed papers to sign up to shares in the company. Excuses given and comparison to previous employees in the same role unfairly made. I had done everything they has asked of me, attended networking events and I was achieving excellent results, so there was no reason to let me go. It sounds like others in my role were treated the same way. I'd never have left a permanent job to work there if I knew I'd be there less than 3 months. If you are applying for a role and it's not to be a coder, really think twice! The company relies on money from investors, and the CEO can't justify something he doesn't understand.
