      Pros

      33across has been in the ad tech business for a long time. They employee good and empathetic people.

      Cons

      Lots of older products, some of which are only partially supported, can make focusing on the right things for the company difficult at times.

      Great Place to Work in Ad Tech

      Pros

      Strong infrastructure, good at hiring/very solid employees, management is transparent and open about updates both internally and within the ad tech industry, really amazing place to learn more about Programmatic Advertising and SSPs in general.

      Cons

      Not as buttoned up on everyday processes and not a ton of growth opportunities. Also can improve managerial feedback.
