I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Invoke in Jan 2018

    Interview

One of the most transparent interview process I've experienced. Not only was the recruiter informative about the timeline, the interviewers at each stage gave insightful feedback on my interview performance to help me advance. It was clear that the interviewer cared about me as a person and a designer not just a prospective commodity of the company.

    The process for me was:
    1 - Phone screen
2 - Portfolio Review (video chat) + Work Samples Request
3 - Take Home Design Challenge
    4 - Design Challenge Presentation
    5 - On-site Design Challenge
    6 - References Request

The process spanned approximately 2 months, from January - end of February. Due to me being remotely, it was understandably a bit long. However, the recruiter was very communicative and kept me updated, and the team has also made measures to speed up and accommodate the remote circumstance I was in.

If you had more time on your design challenge, what would you have done more or differently?
