Interview
I was interviewed in mid February '23. The process took a few days. 1st step was a cognitive test. An online interview with the HR Director followed the next day. She provided me a background on the company and Convert's Group vision and culture. We then discussed my background (current / prior roles). The recruiter was very clear about the organization, compensation, benefits, and the interviewing process. A 2nd interview followed the same day with the Hiring Manager. He described me the role and what they were looking for. The next day an on-site meeting took place with a job offering. Both HR Director and Hiring Manager were very kind, friendly, transparent and open.InterviewThe hiring manager asked me questions about people management and processes optimization.
