I failed early on so I can't say much about it. So you will submit your resume online via xAI or linkedin or Indeed. if you passes the ATS or HR you get an email saying that you have an assessment (where I failed). Once you pass this, i assume, you move on to the next step which might be even more assessment and then final offer.
