Interview
In first hiring manager round, I was asked various behavioral questions and about specific projects from my resume. I was also asked questions like, what do like or don't like to do in your daily life?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
This was such a waste of time. The CEO was disinterested in interviewing. No format. No interest in anything the candidate had to say. This seemed like an exercise to just steal ideas. The VP had excellent questions though.
