l processo è stato molto professionale e ben organizzato. Ho avuto una prima call conoscitiva con il team per parlare della mia esperienza e dei progetti su cui ho lavorato. Successivamente abbiamo discusso di design process, collaborazione con team di prodotto e approccio alla risoluzione di problemi complessi. Anche se non sono stato selezionato alla fine, il processo è stato trasparente e piacevole.

I submitted a resume via LinkedIn or Glassdoor and heard from their HR recruiter rather quickly. My initial reaction was "I definitely want to work here". I clicked with her immediately and we quickly set up the next interview. I went on to have a 3rd interview which I thought went really well, but then we went into the holiday break. I was still interested in the job even though I reached out two times (over 9 days apart) to check in. Eventually I received an email stating that I was still in the running. I eventually accepted another job and let them know. I feel like there was not enough contact between interviews, it made me feel like there was an internal debate going on, perhaps they were reevaluating whether they were going to fill the role as I've seen that happen before. I was disappointed that they didn't follow up in a timely manner because I initially wanted this job more than the other, however after the lack of contact, it made me dig a little deeper into the reviews on Glassdoor and I think I made a great decision going in another direction.
