It was definitely one of the most thorough interviews I've had. It began with a Predictive Index Assessment and a Wonderlic Test. I was contacted then to have a meeting with HR, followed an interview with my supervisor and then department leadership. While daunting up front, the interviews were open and I feel I learned as much about the company and culture as they learned about my experience and personality.
