I initially applied for the position and had my first screening interview approximately 15 days later. Three weeks after that, I was invited to a second interview and given a case study project to work on. A couple of weeks later, I presented the proposal, followed by an invitation to attend an in-person workshop after another few weeks. Following the workshop, there was a prolonged period of silence and finally got the offer

I had 3 teams meetings. At the last one I made a study case. It was a bit long process but I had a really good guiding and support from the LEGO group.
