The interviewers (Manager & Assistant Manager) are super nice. The main thing is to understand fully about What is LEGO? and What kinds of products are they selling? Read Carefully about LEGO's Mission and LEGO's Brand Values and how these values are perfectly aligned with your personal values. Second thing they ask Good Customer Service, Bad Customer Service and your Recent Achievements.

Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Really enjoyable interview process. The management team was great and explained the role, duties, expectations, and salary in detail. Was very impressed by their professionalism and care towards their employees
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
