First interview was with HR and it was a very friendly conversation, where we focussed on how I improved myself compared to a previusly job interview.
Next where a more in depth interview regarding my improvement.

Very organized and pleasant. Clearly described and well thought out. Everything was evenly spaced out in different weeks as well to allow preparation before each stage. Very nice and helpful HR department as well.
