The interview process consisted of three stages. An initial interview which discussed the role. A more detailed interview. Finally a technical interview and presentation of a technical test. All of these phases were supported by the excellent Lego recruiter.

Three rounds below: Recruiter round - talk with a recruiter to determine high-level fit, based on further information about the company and the posting, plus some elaboration on your own background. Hiring manager + other stakeholders - a bit longer and more detailed talk with a group closer to the work, including the hiring manager, again gauging fit at a somewhat high-level. Case - prepare a solution, over the course of a few days, satisfying certain requirements related to the actual job responsibilities.
