Got to speak to so many lovely people. The process was informative & concise. I felt expectations were clear throughout & I knew what was expected of me. There were numerous tiers of interviews.

It was a bit long process but I had a really good guiding and support from the LEGO group.

Thorough 3 round interview. Starts with check with HR, second round is which designers who already do the job. Last interview mainly consist of presentation of given problem. It was lengthy but great experience after all.

Interview
An initial phone call from a recruiter to assess fit for the role and alignment with company ethos followed by a Zoom interview. The structure felt a bit clunky and I had to ask many questions to be told basic information regarding the framework of the recruitment process.
