There were three video interviews I had to go through. The first one was with the recruitment team, which was about the basic information about my background, my experience, and my future goals related to the position. The second one was with part of the team; this interview included two exercises, one written and another one oral. The third and final interview was a business case. They gave me four days to prepare it, and on the fourth, I had to present it. Everyone in the recruitment process was extortionary friendly, polite, and understanding. An interview process is always a very stressful process, yet they were very communicative and understanding of my point of view. Since I was a kid, I've been a LEGO fan, and now I am even a bigger fan because of their work culture reflected in the hiring process.
