The process of the interview was very long and confused they are very bureaucratic for any kind of process, they takes along time, and they book you a lot of personal interviews
Professionally done, simple and mainly HR asking you about the interest, expectation and experience and why you want to join lego and motivation. Growth and culture fit check etc etc.
3 interviews in all. 1st was a screening by phone, second was online and third was in person in Billund. Overall good process, nice people. The process was a bit slow though.

The process was fast and smooth. It consisted of 4 steps including business case with HR, hiring manager and other manager. The company follow up quickly and efficiently informing you about each step. Very accommodating and flexible.
