Interview
From my initial application I heard from the the talent team the next day. I booked in a call using Ashby the same week.
I had a 3 stage interview process:
1. Call with the hiring manager to discuss my experiences
2. Behavioural interview with 2 engineering managers covering how I have dealt with common scenarios
3. Culture fit interview 2 individuals from adjacent functions

I applied directly with the company.
Recruiter cancel the interview 2 minutes before it starts and rescheduled it for the following week. For the actual interview she arrived late to the interview and ill prepared. Recruiter send a message after a week saying the decided to move with other candidates, provides no feedback whatsoever and send the communication using a noreply email. I would say this was one of the worst experiences that I have had, specially considering that I put a significant amount of effort in the application process and that this was a very specific role within the company.

Interview
So I was approached by one of their recruiters via LinkedIn and had a call with them. They said that they will be putting me forward for the role however I never heard back and I was ghosted on LinkedIn and by email from the recruiter.
