The interview process consisted of few steps:
Interview 121 with HR.
Behavioural interview.
Technical interview.
I applied to position of Financial Controller Assistant, but due to the interest and what I have been telling during all these steps, I have been suggested to apply to Junior Business Analyst position as I would be more of a fit when it comes to my interests, skills and possible improvement.
The first step was a 121 interview with HR.
It was a conversation about me, what I do, why I want to chose this position, what are my skills I think would fit the requirements, when I would be able to start - conversation about me and the job I applied for (I think it was a check whether I was a potential fit for next steps of interview) - very nice experience.
The second step was a behavioural interview with more people.
It was about checking if I fit the work culture, how do I react in specific situation, what is my relation with my coworkers currently, how do I manage to give a feedback once I see something is done inappropriately, how would I react in specific situations etc.
Very nice experience, everyone was nice and kind, no inappropriate questions, no rush, I had time to think about answers, situations.
The last step was the technical interview with people I will work if I get the job.
It was about the tasks I have done at my current position, the work I have done individually (my own project), my skills, things I optimised, the use of Python, the knowledge about backend/frontend to some extent..
Great experience. I could talk about what I am interested in, what are my goals, skills I gathered at the same time meeting with ppl I might work very closely in the future and realising they are very nice people 😊
There was also a call with an offer :)
