Interview
The entire interview process was a positive experience for me. From the time that Marco reached out asking me for a quick initial interview up to the final call, everything was fun.
The interview phases were as follows:
1. Initial interview with Marco
2. Interview with CTO
3. Technical interviews
4. Coding exam — this was a bit challenging yet exciting
5. Coding exam elaboration and team meeting
6. Sync up call with HR
7. Job offer
The people at Styla were jolly and very friendly. You may not feel the pressure during the coding exam elaboration. In fact, they would let you explain why you came up with your solution and would provide constructive criticisms and additional knowledge.
While the offer was good, I may have to decline due to personal reasons.
All in all, the interview process was exciting.
It may take some time for the HR to provide an update as it was during the summer holidays, when almost everyone was out, when I had my interviews—so, it was understandable.

Interview
Mein Bewerbungsverfahren bestand aus 3 Runden:
1. Runde: klassisches Bewerbungsgespräch vor Ort in Berlin. Ich sollte mein CV durchgehen, Rückfragen gab es dabei kaum, alles war eher oberflächlich und auch nicht sonderlich professionell (Interview wurde nicht wie vorab angekündigt von HR durchgeführt, sondern von Personen aus dem Marketing Team, die eher unvorbereitet wirkten )
2. Runde: ich sollte zuhause eine (ziemlich umfangreiche) Aufgabe erledigen
3. Runde: Probetag/ Probearbeiten. Von diesem Tag hatte ich mir vor allem erhofft, mir einen besseren Eindruck vom Team, den Arbeitsabläufen, Arbeitsweisen, Strukturen sowie der Atmosphäre zu bekommen. Zumal das erste Bewerbungsgespräch diesbezüglich nicht sehr aufschlussreich war (trotz nachhaken meinerseits). Allerdings wurde mir direkt nach Ankunft eine lange To Do Liste für den Tag gereicht. Offensichtlich wollte man meine Stressressistenz und Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, testen.
Nach ein paar Tagen kam dann die Absage - worüber ich nicht gerade unglücklich war!
Allgemein kann ich sagen, dass es hier recht chaotisch zugeht, alle sehr im Stress sind. Sehr negativ aufgefallen ist mir auch der Gossip untereinander. Vornerum sind alle nett, beim Mittagessen wurde aber heftigst über Teammitglieder gelästert. Nicht schön!
Super schade, denn das Produkt hat meiner Meinug nach großes Potential!!

Interview
I got to follow up after 2 weeks because I did not get any info after my meeting with the COO. Never got any feedback after the last meeting. I have sent an email and ask them to give the status. the next day HR said I was not selected becasue of "minor things". It was not clear to me why, so I asked them back their feedback on "minor things" so to improve next time. until today, never a response back.
Well, I understand that it is part of the game not being or being selected, however, I think it would have been great to have some feedback from them so for me to improve personally my interviewing skills.

1/ headhunter - call, good follow-ups, very active
2/ HR lead interview - call, very good discussion, 90 mins approx duration. Good company presentation, strategy and challenges. we discuss together my product leadership philosophy and how to engage with internal and external stakeholders
3/ COO interview-f2f, general discussion on the company, the product strategy, the context (replacement), product feature prioritisation, how to arbitrage individual customer requests and the product roadmap...
4/ Group interview: Team, CTO, product manager
