"The interview included a technical test, where I solved algorithms in Python, and a behavioral round to assess my experience in agile development."
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at source{d} (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview consisted of there stages.
First stage is a quick call with engineering lead which was pleasant.
Second is a take home assignment which takes around couple of hours.
Third is multiple rounds of interviews with various team members diving into system design, culture fit and previous experiences.
The whole process of going through 3 stages took over 5 weeks. The company doesn't have their process for hiring figured out. After verbally confirming willingness to hire me they kept leading me along for another couple of months citing issues with figuring out offer details. Finally they rescended the offer because of legal issues around hiring people in countries out of Spain. I would caution people to be wary of this company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given a list of options, where various options have dependencies on each other. Given such dependencies and a list of users selection of options, return a list of options which will be left selected.
For example: given 3 options such as premium, gps and screen. Where selecting premium automatically selects gps and screen. Whereas without selecting screen gps option cannot be selected, or deselecting the screen also deselects the GPS.
Now given user selection of gps and then screen should return screen. Whereas selecting screen and then gps returns both of those options.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at source{d} (Madrid) in Feb 2017
Interview
Several interviews along the whole day: a coding challenge, a design problem, fast and easy questions about every day topics... They asked me to stay 30 minutes after finishing, so they can decide to accept me or not. They told me their decision after that 30 minutes.
