A conversational meeting with two rounds of interviews where multiple people ask me questions, primarily focused on getting to know me and understanding my personality, background, and communication style.
Was plesant.
The interview procedure was quite respectful and usual, an introduction with HR, Another short meetign with head of engineering, And the last one was a chat with the team to share my experiences and see if it matches.
Although I didnt get offer but I really liked clear and smooth procedure.
