smartShift Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

It was a average to difficult. There were 4 rounds includes. Preety basic questions on ABAP and projects tht you have worked with. Over all nice had there is no micro management.

There were several interviews. Some on the phone and some in Mannheim. Over all the whole process was a bit long. I talked to many different people. It was not always clear who is who. The atmosphere was friendly. As usal: Questions about my former job. Some simple live programing in Java. Also some more sophisticated questions about internals of Java. Did a small presentation about a topic I could choose to see if I am able to explain things. Also English ist tested as the company is very international. Some questions on compiler design.
