Online written questions followed by group interview. Asked to pick out a shoe for a certain type of customer and explain why. Lastly just basic introductory questions like what did you do in your last role etc.
2 part - group stage first that involved general ice breaker questions followed by semi awkward group work, then a solo interview with the manager, very relaxed and easy going, wouldn't describe the process as difficult
applied through indeed and was called for an interview. it was a group interview with around 15 people, asked questions about the company and about yourself, group work which included helping sales or shopping for a specific thing. e.g Mother’s Day gifts. in touch within 5 days
