The interview process felt very outdated. Questions didn’t match the job description, and key responsibilities were only mentioned during the interview.
There was also uncertainty about whether they were hiring a Manager or a Lead, which are very different roles in this industry. Overall, the process didn’t feel aligned or respectful of candidates’ time.

60 minute remote interview with HR manager arranged very promptly after application for the role. The interview itself comprised primarily of generic, non-role specific, situation/example based questions. No feedback provided post-interview.
