It was a 2-3 interviews and a written exercise. It was a typical interview process with staff. I believe it involved video interviews and a screening call that took place over approximately 1-2 months.

1 hour writing sample followed by a 30 minute interview. i was told i would have a 10 minute break between the writing sample and the interview but i was never provided a break. When I followed up to send thank you cards I never received any sort of response or confirmation that the thank you notes were received. I am saddened to know the coldness shown to candidates.
