The local pOpshelf was new to our location and wasn’t done being built so we had a 15 minute interview in a coffee shop. She asked the basic questions you can find by googling online. Very laid back. She had a copy of my resume and was able to read from it as we discussed the position. Be prepared but not nervous.

The interview process was very well thought out but quick. They answered any questions Inhad in the interview and offered good information about the store itself. It wasn't all about what I could do.
The manager that interviewed me was very detailed in my expected responsibilities. Informed me of the variety of customers I would help on a regular basis. She explained what was expected as far as uniform.
