Three interviews total. First was a generic 20 min phone interview, second was a telephone interview with the hiring manager. Third interview was onsite at their facility with 5 of their staff members; allotted time was 30 min per individual. Prior to the onsite interview I was given a short tour of their antiquated facility. Dark, dreary, with fluorescent lighting reminiscent of a 70's government building. The interview process was very positive on both sides, with positive feedback the entire time. They must have had someone in mind already since no offer was received; the interview was probably just a formality. I've heard they are a good ol' boys club so I'm not surprised that someone else was hired. Honestly, I would not have taken the offer due to working conditions. Drab, dark, and dreary. Cubicles 9ft high in a cramped room, no windows, and very anti-social. Old architecture, design, and layout. If you come from a high end firm don't bother considering working here.
