It wasn't difficult the interview process. I had three interviews, one with the head, second with the management and third when I received the offer. The whole interview process lasted one month.

Head of SCM plus one employee from HR in one big room asking basic question for 15min on English. Then 20-30min procurement cases and excel tests. The atmpsphere was not to friendly as they were trying to make it. To many rejection body positions from HoSCM and HR.
